Menu Restaurant la Atayala

After having visited every corner of the region, visiting its suppliers and studying the raw materials that this land has to offer, we have prepared a menu in which the real protagonist is the product.

We set the table with the widest variety offered by the region’s producers. On the menu: bread from our bakery in Fuentespalda, Teruel P.D.O. ham, black truffle, fish from L’Ametllá de Mar, Angus from Teruel, fresh vegetables directly from our organic garden and olive oil, form dishes that surprise and delight our guests.

We are firmly committed to safeguarding the health of our diners, which is why we offer a menu with dishes that can be adapted to possible allergies and intolerances.
